Maureen Pakenham
Maureen has lived in Dartmoor for many years, she now lives in France returning regularly to this magical place. The wild and empty moorland, a backdrop for the tales of the Hounds of the Baskervilles, where the mists whip around the standing stones and Bronze Age circles, create the drama. This is her theatre of changing moods and light. Her paintings hold those moments of atmosphere and colour forever.
